The Process

We will give you a full quotation outlining everything we will be doing to upgrade your windows and doors and at that time we can give you an indication of timing for the installation.

And finally we will bill you for the balance of your newly installed double glazing.

First thing we need to do is get you an accurate idea of what your needs are. No two houses are the same! We come around and perform a full measure up of all of the windows and doors that you want to upgrade.

On the day of installation we bring everything we need to do your job and to minimise your inconvenience. We clean up after ourselves and, if you are home, stay out of your way as much as possible.

When we are finished we take the old windows and doors away. No need for you to go to the tip! We are committed to recycling as much as we can. We recycle all the glass and aluminium that we take from your home. We recycle all the packing materials that come into our factory and all our office waste too.

Once we get the OK from you to get the ball rolling we will require a 50% deposit. When that is received we will place orders with our glass, aluminium, and hardware suppliers.

When we have what we need to make your job we will be in touch to book a time that is convenient for you to install your new double glazing. Then it's full steam ahead in our factory!
